6.  Client/Server Installation

 

7.   Install new database – This checkbox is a confirmation that you intend to build the Events2HVAC database from scratch.  If you have installed Events2HVAC already and the database exists, selecting this option will erase and rebuild your database!

 

8.  Device Interface Selection – Check only the device interfaces that you have purchased with your license.

9.  Custom Setup – Verify that the components that you require for your system are selected.  Note: even though some device interfaces are available for installation, only the ones that you are licensed for will be enabled in the application.

Device Interfaces:  Select Streamside Common and any of the other devices that you have purchased for your facility.

10. Select destination folder.

11. Select program folder.



If this installation is an update to a previous installation, you will get this prompt to automatically restart the Events2HVAC windows service.  If you hit CANCEL, you must remember to restart this service manually in order to process scheduled events.

12. Installation Completed



If the “Run Events2HVAC setup wizard now” checkbox is checked, the setup wizard will start up immediately.  See also: Setup Wizard.
