You will need to create an EMS user in the EMS software for the Events2HVAC connection.
Step 1 – Create the new user in EMS (Users, New)
Fill in the user name and password.
Select Processes in the left tree view and give the new user the following minimum permissions:
•Inquiry (Browse Reservations)
•Special (EMS API Web Service Access)
Verify you can connect using the new username and password.
