The Resource Scheduler administrator will need to make sure the above user has read permissions to view the following objects:
•Regions
•Locations
•Groups
•Reservations
•Resources
•Resource Types
•Custom Attributes
This is done using the RS Admin web page and creating a security group with the appropriate permissions.
Warning: Make sure to assign the Events2HVAC login with the least amount of priveleges. In the event the login is compromised, this will limit the exposure to your schedules. Always use a complex password for the login.
Create the new group name and make sure the minimum “View on Schedule” permissions are set for the appropriate regions, locations, and resources.
