You can create special custom properties for events in the Calendar Settings – Properties page.
Here you can create a special Category for “Events2HVAC Control”. Under this new category, you can create one or many special properties that can be utilitized by Events2HVAC when it is processing events. Note: The category name is not critical, but the names of the properties must match (case-insensitive).

This is useful if the event is created to book a space but HVAC is not needed. Multi-day events are good candidates for No HVAC. |

Once added, when you create an event, you can select the property to apply for the event.
