Events in Incident IQ Api have a status value defined that tells the user the current state of the reservation. This list is static, and the default setting is to only allow “Approved” events to control the HVAC.
•Approved, Canceled, Denied, Pending Approval
In Events2HVAC, you can select which event statuses are allowed to control HVAC zones. Unchecked statuses will be ignored by Events2HVAC.
