Click on the Events tab in the Series25 Options dialog box to see the statuses for events. The list box shows the current statuses available when an event is created. Check the statuses that you want to query for automatic equipment scheduling. Only those events that have this status will be considered. The default statuses are Confirmed and Sealed.
Reservation Time
The default reservation time starts at the setup time and ends after takedown (unchecked). If you want this period to start at the pre-event time and end after the post-event time, check this box.
