The following time designators are used in Exchange:
Event Start Time
The date and time when the event begins.
Event End Time
The date and time when the event ends. This marks the beginning of the teardown time.
Events2HVAC uses event triggers to initiate actions in the BAS/HVAC systems. These triggers are dictated by the start and stop times for each meeting (event).
The following table shows the correspondence between Exchange meeting fields and Events2HVAC triggers:

*Note: Setup and Teardown Triggers occur at the same time as Event Start and Stop triggers since there is no concept of setup and teardown times in Exchange. Reservation time and Event time periods will also be the same.
