If the default setting for setup/teardown are used (“Combine Setup/Teardown meetings into parent meeting), the following time designators are used in Coursedog event calendar:
Setup Start Time
If there is a setup time for the event. This must be less than or equal to the event start time.
Event Start Time
The date and time when the event starts.
Event End Time
The date and time when the event ends
Teardown End Time
If there is a teardown time for the event. This must be equal to or greater than the event end time.
Events2HVAC uses event triggers to initiate actions in the BAS/HVAC systems. These triggers are dictated by the start and stop times for each event.
If settings for setup/teardown are not consolidated into the parent meeting, these setup and teardown periods will be consider to be a regular schedule.
