The following time designators are used in Google Calendar:
Event Start Time
The date and time when the event begins.
Event End Time
The date and time when the event ends. This marks the beginning of the teardown time.
Events2HVAC uses event triggers to initiate actions in the BAS/HVAC systems. These triggers are dictated by the start and stop times for each meeting (event).
The following table shows the correspondence between Google Calendar meeting fields and Events2HVAC triggers:

*Setup and teardown times for an event aren’t natively supported in Google Calendar. However, you can add metadata to the event description to allow for these triggers.
Note: Setup and Teardown Triggers occur at the same time as Event Start and Stop triggers since there is no concept of setup and teardown times in Google Calendar. Reservation time and Event time periods will also be the same unless additional special event metadata is included in the event description.
