For C-Cure v2.8 and above, C-Cure requires a partner integration license to be purchased from TYCO/JCI. Contact your C-Cure integrator for pricing and installation. The name of the integration: “Streamside Solutions - Events2HVAC – Integration”
After the license is installed and added to your existing C-Cure license, you will need to run a command line script file that registers the Events2HVAC partner integration in your C-Cure database. This script is specific to your server, so Streamside Solution will need to generate that and send it to your C-Cure administrator to run on the C-Cure server.
