The Series25® event provider is a software component that is used to provide the information link from the CollegeNET® Series25 application to the Events2HVAC™ application. Events2HVAC will periodically query the Series25 WebServices at specific intervals to determine what reservations are scheduled for the day and which spaces will be used for those reservations.
Reservations in Series25 that are using spaces that have been mapped to specific equipment in Events2HVAC will automatically create command actions to be executed when those events take place.
This component also provides on-demand access to the event schedule information so that Events2HVAC users can see the event calendar without direct access to the Series25 client.
