This step will check to make sure the MSMQ service exists and has been started. Then it will check to see if the Events2HVAC Queue exists or can be added, along with the required dead letter queue.
If the MSMQ service is not started, click on the Start Service button to force it to start. You can also start or stop services from the services MMC window in the Administration tools in the Control Panel.
