Events in MinistryPlatform can have an event type associated with it. In some cases, events may be created that you would not want HVAC to be controlled by those events. You can create a special event type for “Construction” or “No HVAC” for example and tell Events2HVAC to ignore those events with certain event types to exclude them from controlling equipment.
