Ignore Invalid Schedules
Checking this will ignore any schedules from Ungerboeck that have invalid start or end times. This can occasionally happen if schedules are coming from an external source and not entered directly in the Ungerboeck client or the UI allows a user to create out of sequence lead-event-strike timing. Events2HVAC assumes that a booking lead start time will be less than or equal to the event start time and the booking strike time will be greater than or equal to the event end time. Events2HVAC will ignore the entire event and notify users with a warning message if they are not in time sequence.
If left unchecked, an invalid schedule will fail the entire Ungerboeck query and Events2HVAC will use its local backup schedule data to control HVAC until the schedule is re-entered correctly or until the event is finished.
Get Room Bookings
Checking this will retrieve all room booking events.
Get Room Functions
Checking this retrieve all room function events. Additional permissions are needed to retrieve functions.
Note: If both bookings and functions are checked, any bookings that also have a function in the same room and event will be ignored and the function will take precedence.
Expand Indirect Bookings
Checking this will generate indirect bookings for all the component rooms in a booking for a composite room. All indirect bookings will be shown with a asterisk (*) appended to the event name for each indirect room booking.
Use Parent Event Status for Function Status
Checking this will override the actual function status with the function’s parent event status.
