Default Unlock Time (minutes)
This is the time duration of an unlock as a fail-safe value in situations where the event duration was not found for the event. The door would unlock for this amount of time if the duration of the event was 0 or an error occurred during the calculation.
This value can be changed for each door.
Maximum Unlock Duration (minutes)
This is a global value for all doors where a maximum duration for an unlock is enforced. If the calculated event duration is greater than the maximum unlock duration, the duration will be fixed at the maximum and a warning email will be sent out.
Default Priority (0-200)
This is the default priority setting for sending lock and unlock commands. 200 is the highest priority. This value can be changed for each door.
Note: Not all door lock types recognize priorities. (e.g. P2000 locks)
Target C-Cure Version
For version 2.8 and above, you must select the target C-Cure version to login to the api.
Disable Partner Login (v2.7 only)
If your C-Cure version is below 2.8, you can check this to disable the partner integration login requirements that started at v2.8+.
Important: For v2.8+, you must have to purchase an integration license for C-Cure for the “Streamside Solutions - Events2HVAC” integration. An installation setup script provided by Streamside Solutions also needs to be run on your C-Cure server.
