In order for Events2HVAC to be able to communicate with the MSEA network, a Johnson Controls software component called Metasys System Secure Data Access must be installed on all Events2HVAC clients computers or servers.
This can be obtained by your local Johnson Control branch or it can be downloaded from our website. Make sure you install the specific version required.
Important: Events2HVAC is compiled to use only v4.0 of the MSSDA component. Any other version will not work.
Run the MSSDA installation EXE file and step thru the wizard.
When you come to the Custom Setup page, uncheck all of the sample application options:
Click next until finished.
