Rebuilding A Room List

If you add/delete or modify rooms in the event provider’s system, you will need to rebuild the room cache by clicking on the Rebuild button.

Any group assignments will be preserved after re-building the rooms.  If any new buildings are discovered that haven’t been assigned to a group, then the building group will automatically be created and assigned to that building group.

Note:  If rooms are deleted from the event provider’s system and the room were assigned to equipment, these rooms will be orphaned and will still show up in the equipment room assignment.  You will need to remove these manually and replace with the appropriate rooms.
