If you have already installed the E2H software on the server, you can request a license directly from the client software. Some features of Events2HVAC may require a 3rd party license that is keyed to the server platform. Make sure your run the license request from the server.
Note: you must be connected to the internet to use this feature..
From the the Help menu, select Request License.
The following form will be displayed.
Fill in the applicable fields for your site.
Important: Make sure you are creating the license request from the Events2HVAC server, not the remote client. Some devices like the BACnet device need to be keyed to the server.
