If you are using a Google personal calendar or GSuite, you can create a calendar for each room that you want E2H to control. These calendars can be Google Calendars or shared calendars from other sources.
You can also include additional metadata for E2H in the description of the calendar settings, such as:
• {bldgname:xxxxx} = Associate room calendar with given building name
• {exclude:true} = exclude the calendar from the room list in E2H
• {capacity:50} = defines the maximum capacity of the room (50 people in this example). This is used to determine %capacity by Events2HVAC.
When E2H reads your calendar list, it will show all visible calendars other than your “personal” or “primary” calendar and any calendars that have the string “{exclude:true}” in the description of the calendar.
