Below is what you see when you select a room resource calendar’s settings.
The calendar address is the unique ID (email) of the room calendar.
Make sure you select the proper time zone for the room when setting up the calendar. Any changes to the calendar name, description, and timezone won’t show up in Events2HVAC unless you rebuild the room list in the Google Calendar – Room List view.
Important: The metadata shown in the individual room calendar settings is copied from the defined calendar room resources in Google Admin settings. Although you can change the description and metadata in the calendar settings shown, these changes won’t show up in the room resources. You will need to edit this field in the Google Admin calendar resources and rebuild the room list in Events2HVAC to use the changes.
