Click on the Section Meeting Filters tab in the Ad Astra Options dialog box to enable global section (class) meeting type filtering. You can exclude certain section meeting types from commanding your zones by selecting them in the list of section meeting types.
This is particularly useful if you schedule class meetings that do not need to run the HVAC system. For example, if you have a section meeting type “HOLD” that is only used for holding a space, you can select “HOLD” in the exclude section meeting types field, and any events with that event type will not flow through to Events2HVAC for zone control.
Excluded Section Meeting Types
Check all the section meeting type names that you want Events2HVAC to ignore.
Note: To test your filters, go to the Event list and query using the “Confirmed Events” option selected.
Reload Meeting Types
This will refresh the event meeting types list from the Ad Astra system.
