In order for reservations that are created in Series25 to command the equipment in the reservation space through Events2HVAC, you must associate each Series25 space with the appropriate equipment in the Events2HVAC system. Each equipment item can be associated with one or more Series25 spaces.
When the Series25 space is booked for a reservation, and that reservervation is confirmed, when that event occurs, the appropriate actions will take place for the equipment that is mapped to that space.
For example, say you defined an equipment item called “Room 203 Lighting” and created actions that turn on the lighting at event start and turn off the lighting at event stop. Once you assign Room 203 to that equipment item, any reservation that uses that room will automatically have that room’s lighting scheduled to turn on and off automatically when the event occurs.
Note: Your Events2HVAC software licensing is based on how many Series25 spaces you use to schedule equipment.
