After the installer has completed all steps to install Events2HVAC, the Setup Wizard will open to verify and configure critical settings.
1. The first time you run the wizard, it will fail to connect on the Event Provider page since your web service login credentials have not yet been entered.
2. When the page shows a connection failure, click on the Modify Settings button.
3. The Incident IQ Options dialog will open. Enter all the required fields to connect to your Incident IQ account.
4. Hit the Test button to check if login is successful.
5. If login is successful, click OK to return to the Setup and proceed with Events2HVAC setup.
6. If login is unsuccessful, and you can’t get a connection, you can opt to skip the step and move on to the next.
