Select Site Manager from the Admin menu to register the server in Streamside Solutions cloud API for site diagnostics.
Enabling the connection will periodically send information about your settings, interfaces being used, error details, failed command history and other critical diagnostics used to determine on-going health of your site.
Note: If Site Manager is disabled, you must first enable this feature in Tools – Events2HVAC Options – Misc Tab
If your site has never been registered for diagnostic collection, you must enable the connection to the cloud checkbox and click the “Register Site” button to register your server.
Save the new settings and restart the windows service to finish the process.
