The Thermostats tab shows all the thermostats that have been discovered from the Honeywell Home system. Initially this will be blank.
Discover
Click the Discover button to query for ALL thermostats in the locations selected in the previous tab. The thermostats will be merged with any thermostats already shown in the list. If you are missing thermostats, make sure they are online and properly registered on the Honeywell Home portal.
Note: If you added new thermostats to your account, you must go through the authentication process again and select the thermostats that you want E2H to control.
Remove
If you have some thermostats that you don’t want to show to Events2HVAC users, you can selectively remove thermostats from the list. Clicking Discover will add them back to the list.
Export
This will export the thermostats to a csv file.
Test Connectivity
Click the Test Connectivity button to query all the thermostats selected and update them with live data. If a thermostat returns an error or if the thermostat is offline the row will be highlighted in light red.
Important: If you change feature settings of a thermostat (e.g. changing thermostat from heating only to heating and cooling), you must either rediscover or run the “test connectivity” function after the changes so that the allowable values are updated. You will also need to restart the E2H server after you do this.
