Enable Trace Output
Checking Enable Trace Output will turn on trace logging for EWS. Trace logging is used for debugging and troubleshooting communications between E2H and EWS. Select the various trace output checkboxes to turn on the trace level. Tracing messages will be inserted in the Events2HVAC_Service.log file. (Tracing is only available for EWS connections)
Warning: Turn off tracing when not in use. Tracing can generate large log file sizes.
Log Requests
Check this box to enable all API requests to be logged to the Events2HVAC log file. You must have Events2HVAC logging severity set to DEBUG to see these messages. (Only available for MS Graph API)
Log Responses
Check this box to enable all API responses to be logged to the Events2HVAC log file. You must have Events2HVAC logging severity set to DEBUG to see these messages. (Only available for MS Graph API)
Note: You should turn off Log Requests and Log Responses after you have debugged your issues. Otherwise your log files will be filled with unnecessary extra data.
