If errors occur in the Events2HVAC application upon startup in Windows Vista or 7, this might be due to insufficient rights.
To enable running the application as an Administrator, right-click on the Events2HVAC program application icon and select the Compatibility tab. Check the “Run the program as an administrator” checkbox.
Make these changes on the SetupWizard.exe, CMDQueuetest.exe, and Events2HVAC.exe files.
