If all of your controllers and thermostats are showing offline there could be several possible problems:
1. Your network is down. Verify that you can communicate to other PC’s and controllers. Verify your network connections.
2. The NetX Sharing service is not running. Verify that the sharing service is running by opening the service controller on the sharing PC. Goto Start Menu à Program Files à Streamside Solutions à NetX Port Sharing Service à NetX Service Controller
a. Verify that the service shows “Running”. If it is not running, press the “Start” button to start the service.
b. Verify that the port mappings are correct and that your Command Center software controller settings match these port mappings.
c. If the service was running when you first opened it, stop the service and restart it.
3. Verify that no other possible Command Center software clients are running on another PC using the sharing service. Only 1 client connection is available for Command Center. Any additional attempts to connect will fail.
4. Verify controllers are powered up and communicating.
