The events2HVAC P2000 interface won’t be able to connect to the P2000 server unless its IP address is added to the P2000 server.
1. From the P2000 Main menu, select Config à System.
2. Click the + sign next to the root Site Parameters.
3. Right-Click the External IPs icon and click the Add button.
4. Enter a descriptive name of the external device (Events2HVAC)
5. Enter the IP address of the Events2HVAC server.
6. Check the Allow checkbox, check the Use for XMLRPC checkbox.
Note: Make sure you restart all of the p2000 services after making any changes
