The following time designators are used in MinistryPlatform event calendar:
Reservation Start Time
The time that setup of the event will begin. This is calculated based on the number of minutes for setup.
Event Start Time
The date and time when the event starts.
Event End Time
The date and time when the event ends
Reservation End Time
The time that cleanup of the event will end. This is calculated based on the number of minutes for teardown after the event.
Events2HVAC uses event triggers to initiate actions in the BAS/HVAC systems. These triggers are dictated by the start and stop times for each event.
The following table shows the correspondence between the
event calendar fields and Events2HVAC triggers:
