You can selectively exclude rooms that are discovered from the event provider’s system so that they are not shown in any room pick lists or analyzed using room data analytics.
To exclude rooms, select the rooms from the list to exclude, then right-click “Exclude Rooms”.
Exclude rooms will be hidden from the room list unless the
“Show Excluded Rooms” checkbox is checked. Once the excluded rooms
are visible, they will show up as grey text with a strikethrough. (e.g. disabled)
You can use the same procedure to include rooms that were previously excluded using right-click “Include Rooms”.
Note: If you previously assigned a room to an equipment item and your later exclude the room, that room assignment will still be connected to the equipment until your remove it from the room assignment list.
