Help documentation can be accessed while running the application by hitting the F1 key or going to the Help menu and selecting Help Options.
This will open the help window where you can view the Contents or the Index of the Help documentation or perform a search on key words.
You can also download the PDF version of the user manual in the downloads area of the web site.
