To import rooms and building information into the database, select Import Rooms from the Events menu.
Note: Only users with the roles [Administrator] or [Scheduler] can import rooms.
The wizard will open. Click Next to start:
Select the room CSV file to import.
Note: If a column named “roomname” is found the importer will assume your top row are column names and not data.
Review the imported data before submitting to the database. Click next to add the rooms to the room cache database.
Import is complete. Click Finish to close.
