Each meeting scheduled in Outlook/Exchange can have one of three different statuses: Confirmed, Tentative and Canceled. In Events2HVAC, this status is used to filter out events that aren’t yet confirmed or have been cancelled.

Meeting room has been accepted either by default from the room mailbox or by a delegate user. The meeting status in Outlook will show “Busy” as the Free/Busy status. |

Room mailbox is waiting for a delegate user to accept the room meeting. |

Cancelled |
Meeting has been cancelled. Note: Exchange deletes the meeting appointment completely from the calendar when a meeting is cancelled. |

Unknown |
Free/Busy status of the appointment is in a state that doesn’t match to E2H defined states. |
