Events2HVAC connects to your Ad Astra account using a regular user account. This account needs access to your campus rooms and buildings definitions, as well as the ability to view calendar events. Permissions must be set accordingly. Below are the minimum user permissions needed:

•View Rooms
•View Activity Calendars
Events2HVAC does not write to the Ad Astra API.
