Room or Shared Space Calendar (Google Personal)

Below is the typical Google personal calendar web page showing the logged in user’s personal calendar along with additional calendars for each shared space or room that you will be controlling. 

When Events2HVAC looks for rooms in your Google personal account, it will ignore your primary personal calendar and grab all the calendars under “My Calendars”.  You can add metadata to any calendars that you want to exclude from the room list by using {exclude:true} in the calendar description.
