Below is the typical Google Calendar web page showing the logged in user’s personal calendar along with any additional calendar subscriptions. If you will be managing all the room calendars in your organization, you may want to subscribe to all the room resources so you can create room events if needed.
When Events2HVAC looks for rooms in your GSuite account, it will ignore your primary personal calendar and grab all the room resource calendars defined in your organization. You can add metadata to any room resources that you want to exclude from the room list by using {exclude:true} in the room resource description.
Optionally, you can retrieve personal calendars as room calendars in addition to room resource calendars.
Google personal calendars work the same way, but there aren’t any room resource calendars to select from when creating a meeting and inviting rooms. You will have to invite room calendar email address instead.
