In the Rock RMS, you can define any number of locations. These can be named locations or locations of people. It is important to note that only named locations of location types “campus,” “building,” and “room” are retrieved by Events2HVAC when it looks for the room and building lists.
Make sure these types are defined in each location since the default setting is blank.
Also, when defining rooms, there are two different fields for the size of the room in the Rock RMS. Events2HVAC uses the maximum value of “Threshold” and “Threshold (Absolute)” as the maximum capacity of the room. If you are using any action in Events2HVAC that utilizes %capacity of a room for an event, you will want to make sure there are numbers in these fields.
If any rooms are changed or added in Rock RMS after you setup Events2HVAC, you will need to rebuild the room list in Events2HVAC so that the changes are seen.
