In One Church Software, the rooms can be defined with a building grouping. This group will be assumed to be the building assigned to the room. However, these groups don’t have to be a building. If the buildings assigned in Events2HVAC aren’t what you expect, you can always change the building groups in Events2HVAC so that they make sense.
If any rooms are changed, deleted or added in One Church Software after you setup Events2HVAC, you will need to rebuild the room list in Events2HVAC so that the changes are seen.
