Rooms and Buildings

In the Planning Center, you can define room resources, but there is not a formal method of defining a “building”.  The recommended way to define a building is to create a resource folder for each building and move your room resources into the appropriate “building” folder.  Rooms that have a resource folder defined will automatically use that folder name as the building for that room.

If any rooms are changed or added in Planning Center after you setup Events2HVAC, you will need to rebuild the room list in Events2HVAC so that the changes are seen.
