In ML Schedules, the event info contains the room and site assigned to it. By default, the site assigned to the space will be defined as “Building” group in Events2HVAC since that is the terminology ML Schedules uses for buildings and areas that aren’t physical buildings. The sites found will be stored as building groups in events2HVAC with the associated rooms as children to those groups.
If the buildings assigned in Events2HVAC aren’t what you expect, you can always change the building groups in Events2HVAC so that they make sense.
If any rooms are changed, deleted or added in ML Schedules after you setup Events2HVAC, you will need to rebuild the room list in Events2HVAC so that the changes are seen.
