Each Events2HVAC client must have the following system requirements in order to load and communicate correctly:
•Windows 7 (32-bit or 64-bit systems), Windows 8.x, Server 2008 R2 or higher
•Johnson Controls MSSDA (MSEA v4) component installed. This can be downloaded from the product resources page.
•Port 80 (HTTP) access to the JCI ADX or ADS server computer, OR
•Port 80 (HTTP) access to the site master NIE, NAE, or NCE controller
