The Events2HVAC Event Automation Software is the energy and labor saving bridge between your facility’s event/room reservation system software and your facility’s Building Automation System (BAS).
Events2HVAC allows you to setup and configure equipment that will be controlled by scheduled events. Once the equipment has been setup in the application and the appropriate actions have been defined, the daily scheduled events will automatically command your BAS to respond to those events.
In a traditional setup, these two systems operate independently, with manual interaction and coordination required between them. The event reservation system contains information about the events that are scheduled, the rooms that are booked, and when things need to happen, while the BAS controls the environment, lighting, and security in the facility.
