Net/X Options Tab

  

Connection Type

1.  Directly connected with NetworkThermostat controllers via TCP/IP. 
This setting will send RAW TCP commands directly to Net/X controllers or to the NetX Port Sharing service.

2.  Connect with NetX Port Sharing Service via TCP Remoting.
This setting will send commands to a proprietary TCP channel on the port sharing service.

3.  Connect with Net/X Web Service.

Commands

 

  Field Name

Retries

Number of attempts to retry any failed commands

Default = 3

Retry Delay

Number of milliseconds to delay before each retry.

Default = 5000 ms

Command Delay

Number of milliseconds to delay between successive commands.

Default = 0 ms

Only applies to SetOccupied Actions.

TCP Timeout

Number of milliseconds to wait before a TCP send/receive is failed.

Default = 1000 ms

Send Single Commands

Checked = Sends one command a time to the thermostat.  Unchecked = package up multiple commands into one.  (note: unchecked might cause delays that can cause Command Center to go offline)

Default = Unchecked

Note: this only applies to XBus/StrongMesh thermostats.

 

Send Single Commands Checkbox

Select this option if you want send individual TCP api commands for each action.  Unchecked (default) will group multiple api commands into a single TCP command where available.

LED Control

Enable LED For Occupied

Lights up the selected LED on thermostat during occupied mode

Default = Yes

LED For Occupied

Select which LED to turn on for occupied mode. Left (Green) is the recommended selection
