This tab shows what controllers and thermostats are currently mapped into the Events2HVAC system. All of the controllers and thermostats shown will be available for selection when the equipment actions are defined for the thermostats.
You must import an existing Command Center project file to add more controllers and thermostats to the Events2HVAC system.
Important: It is important to note that the list of controllers and thermostats defined in this tab are used as lookup lists when defining your equipment actions. If you import actions directly using the CSV import actions option, it is possible that the lookup list defined here and your thermostat assignments in the actions are not the same.
If you have already defined equipment actions for Net/X thermostats, importing a new project file with different controller and thermostat addresses will not automatically update any existing thermostat settings in the defined equipment. The same is true for stand-alone thermostats. You must manually verify each action for Net/X to make sure the controller and thermostat addresses are still valid for that action.
Import NetX .NTP File
This will allow you to import all the controllers and thermostats defined in a XBus Command Center software project.
Important: This should be a project file that has all of your controllers pointing to the NPSS server IP address and ports, not the actually controller IP addresses.
Remove Schedules From Controllers
This will send a command to the selected controllers to clear out any NetX schedules. This is very important since these schedules will conflict with commands being sent from Events2HVAC.
Add WIFI/IP
If you have stand-alone IP/WIFI thermostats (GE/HE-WIFI or GE/HE-IP), you can add them manually by selecting the “Add WIFI/IP” button. This will create a “controller” on the left side and a thermostat with address = 1 on the right side. These thermostats function the same as XBus thermostats, but they have their own internal controllers.
