In Incident IQ, the rooms can be defined for a location. This the location is assumed to be the building assigned to the room. If the buildings assigned in Events2HVAC aren’t what you expect, you can always change the building groups in Events2HVAC so that they make sense.
If any rooms are changed, deleted or added in Incident IQ after you set up Events2HVAC, you will need to rebuild the room list in Events2HVAC so that the changes are seen.
