Selecting Room List from the Events menu provides a simple list of all rooms as defined in the Resource Scheduler system.
Rebuild Button
This list is normal displays the room/buildings that are loaded in the room cache. Whenever you make changes to rooms or you change the relationship of a room to a location or group, you will want to rebuild the room list cache.
If you have a lot of resources, the rebuild can take awhile to complete.
Note: If you have rooms assigned to equipment and that room is removed from the room list, the assignment will still remain. You will have to remove the old assignment from the equipment item manually.
